Haley, a Jacksonville, FL native, currently serves as the Upper School Chorus instructor at Summit School in Winston-Salem, NC. Her passion for music education ignited at the age of 12 when she discovered her love for choir under the guidance of Mr. Pendry, her 6th-grade chorus teacher. Haley holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Georgia Southern University and pursued her graduate studies at The University of Southern Mississippi, earning a Master of Music in Choral Conducting. Beyond her role at Summit School, Haley serves as the children’s music director and handbell director at Highland Presbyterian Church. A lover of jazz music, Haley founded the Southern Sirens, a women’s jazz a cappella group, during her time at Georgia Southern. Haley also plays the harp and enjoys playing at weddings and parties.
