Stephen, originally from Philadelphia, PA, holds a Master of Music from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has studied choral conducting with David DeVenney, Paul Oakley, Welborn Young, and Carole Ott Coelho. His piano studies include classical training with Robert Bedford and jazz with Terry Klinefelter, alongside organ studies with André Lash. Currently, Stephen is an adjunct professor of music at High Point University, where he teaches music improvisation, conducts the Men’s Chorus, and serves as a collaborative pianist. Stephen is honored to make music with an ensemble of such passionate and talented musicians and is excited to share our music with our community.
